West Java is famous for its fantastic drum beats and music. The music of Sunda is full of amazing rhythms. Stellar musicians play massive metal xylophones, bronze percussion pans, flutes, gongs and of course wild drums.

One hearing of this music and you'll be hooked. This is super creative village music. I spent 12 hours on a train to get to Sunda to record the best players in town. I heard this music at the Yogakarta music festival and was knocked out.
